A varied edition in bronze sculpture refers to a limited edition sculpture where each piece, while based on the same original design or cast from the same mould, has unique variations made in the process. In this case, editions of Blossom After Burial have the same bottom section of the sculpture but a unique sunflower and stem for each edition. The finishing patina on editions are each applied by hand and slightly variey from piece to piece.
