- The purchase was initiated through our secure online checkout system.
- The received item exhibits substantial discrepancies from its described condition, has incurred damage during transportation, or has not been delivered at all.
- You have promptly reported the matter within a period of 3 calendar days following the delivery date (or the stipulated delivery date in the case of undelivered items).
- Kindly take note: Should you have any concerns regarding the authenticity of the item, you are welcome to report the issue for assessment at any given time.
Your purchase is not eligible for Buyer Protection if:
- In the event that you are initiating a return for an item that was accurately described and remained undamaged during transit, it is important to note that, in such instances, you may still have the option to return the item, subject to the conditions outlined in the seller's specified return policy or, for buyers based in the European Union, in accordance with relevant EU legislation and our User Agreement.
- Furthermore, if you have chosen to handle the shipping arrangements yourself or personally retrieve the item, please proceed accordingly.

Once 72 hours have elapsed since the initial help request message was sent and the estimated delivery date has passed, you become eligible to initiate a case. Upon doing so, The Oblist will diligently examine the particulars.
3. We shall guide you towards a satisfactory resolution
