DIG IN JAPAN

DIG IN JAPAN is an interiors project celebrating the one-of-a-kind, the marginal, and the smart in industrial and artisanal design. With a sharp eye for underrated edition pieces and anonymous masterpieces, DIJ passionately explores both worlds—occasionally even falling for the unexpected charm of early 2000s IKEA. Established in 2020 by a photographer and a musician, DIG IN JAPAN was born out of lockdown—a creative impulse that turned into a meticulous practice of staging and documenting a growing collection of objects through analog photography.
