Wood and Fabric and Walnut and Brass Chair - Simorgh II Contemporary Style

The Simorgh II Dining Chair is a sculptural expression of movement and meaning. Inspired by the mythical bird from Persian storytelling, it symbolizes transformation, grace, and wisdom. Its silhouette suggests wings at rest, while its material composition speaks of intention and refinement.
Crafted in solid walnut and upholstered in hand embroidered fabric, the chair is made in Italy by master artisans. The embroidery introduces rhythm and richness, while the carved wood frame creates balance between visual lightness and grounded strength. The curved backrest offers gentle ergonomic support, turning everyday seating into a ritual of comfort.
Clients may also choose to upholster this chair in Customer’s Own Material (COM). This option allows for further personalization while preserving the sculptural purity of the form. Whether you select our signature embroidery or your own fabric, each chair remains uniquely handcrafted and subtly individual due to the natural variations in wood grain and artisanal finishing.
Simorgh II is more than seating. It is a vessel for meaning, comfort, and cultural continuity.
