The Souvenir Series by Kawabi explores the concept of spiritual gateways and how they symbolically mark a transition from the mundane to the sacred. The table lamp elevates a pleated paper illumination over a minimalist architecture in wood. Simple, pared down, and elegant. Dimmable to three brightness settings by a brass touch switch on the frame. Each piece is handmade with Japanese joinery and paper-making techniques in the designers' New York studio. Materials: American Black Walnut, Japanese kozo paper, rattan, brass.
