Set of 4 "Little Tulip" black armchairs by Pierre Paulin for Artifort 80s
Designed by Pierre Paulin in the mid-1960s for Artifort, the "Little Tulip" model reflects the designer's research into organic shapes and compact comfort. A silhouette that has become a classic of post-war French design. Set of 4 "Little Tulip" armchairs published by Artifort, produced in the 1980s. Molded shell upholstered in black leather, central lacquered metal base with circular base.
The enveloping lines and small footprint make it a piece equally suitable for a residential interior or a reception area. Good vintage condition. The leather has a perfect patina and some discreet signs of wear, consistent with age (and barely visible). Stable structure and comfortable seats. Dimensions: H 77 × W 64 × D 58 cm. An elegant set around a dining table, in an office, or as accent chairs in a modernist interior.
