One-of-a-kind piece

In the 1980s, Brandani developed series of decorative objects in treated metal, playing on the contrast between a matte exterior and a gilded interior. The "crema" finish, typical of Italian production from this period, gives each piece a marbled, shifting interior surface. Set of 3 Brandani catchall bowls, circa 1980. Asymmetrical form with curved edges, satin silver-toned exterior, gold "crema" finish interior with marbled patterns, each piece slightly different. The three sizes nest within one another. Italian manufacture, signed Brandani. Very good overall condition. No notable wear, complete and cohesive set. Dimensions: small width 12 cm, height 6 cm. Medium width 18 cm, height 8 cm. Large width 24 cm, height 11 cm. Use stacked or separately, on a console, desk or shelf, to hold keys, jewelry or small objects.
