Rebecca von Matérn is a self-taught artist born in 1994 in Stockholm. She creates both paintings and hand-built frames, continuing a tradition of craftsmanship passed down from her grandfather, who was an accomplished wood artist. Her pieces emerge through a dialogue with the world around her, weaving personal and poetic narratives. Through her work, Rebecca seeks to capture subtle feelings and moments, allowing each painting to carry its own unique energy and presence.
