Avoid prolonged contact between stainless steel and aluminum in wet environments to prevent staining. Clean regularly with gentle surface cleaner, glass cleaner, or mild soap and water. Do not use biological or chemical cleaning products. For stains, use alcohol or acetone, which will remove the Danish oil finish. Reapply Danish oil by rubbing a thin layer with a clean cloth. Minor scratches can be addressed with a Scotch-Brite pad in circular motions, while deeper scratches require 80-grit sandpaper, followed by reapplication of Danish oil
