The historical country of central Europe, Bohemia, became famous for its decorative glassware during the Renaissance, and hereafter earned international reputation for its high baroque style.
Today, Bohemian glass are desired collection pieces to many antique collectors. As an antique dealer, Annika’s father, Michael, introduced her to bohemian glassware during her childhood. One piece that, today, stands out in her own bookcase, is a bohemian Art Deco vase displaying an interpretation of the concept of sisterhood.
