Julie wall lamp is inspired by the work of Donald Judd, one of the forerunners of Minimalism. Judd created simple and repetitive geometric sculptures using industrial materials. With his work he distanced himself from expressionist painting and claimed formal purity and simplicity. The Julie wall light is a sculptural steel piece with refined lines. Its design creates a subtle spatial play based on the repetition of planes and the warm light it projects, generating a discreet but forceful architectural presence.
