Designed by Estefanía de Ros, the Altar Dining Table draws inspiration from the sculptural forms of Pre-Columbian Mesoamerican ceremonial objects. Ancient corn millstones and ritual altars shared a powerful visual language, grounded, monolithic shapes that connected everyday life with spiritual ritual. Reinterpreting these ancestral forms through contemporary craftsmanship, the table features three hand-sculpted volcanic stone legs legs that echo the presence of ceremonial stone structures. Designed as a modern gathering piece, the Altar Round Table in Stone transforms ancient symbolism into a setting for today’s ritual, shared meals, conversation, and community.
