AL-02 Console Table
AL-02 is the second product in an ongoing series dedicated to exploring the versatility of aluminum in furniture design. As much a sculpture as a functional furniture piece, AL-02 has been boiled down to its most minimal self- focusing on showcasing large, expansive planes that intersect both visually and physically, offsetting the thin aluminum plate material.
White oak is at the core of this table’s structure, concealing the joints that make the connection of the aluminum possible. Slip joints and internal fasteners allow this piece to be fully disassembled. This method of construction helps to ensure a long product life- as each piece can be easily repaired or replaced, helps to mitigate shipping burdens and allows for separation for end of life recycling.

The aluminum is hand brushed/waxed and the white oak has a clear matte plant based finish. Dimensions: 36"L x 12"W x 32"H
