Art Deco Brass Vase with Verdigris Patina
A rare Art Deco metal vase from the 1920s-30s, crafted in brass and/or bronze with a striking verdigris patina. The elegant form of the body is accented by a whimsical golden figure in a stylized design, characteristic of the Art Deco era. Set against the weathered verdigris surface, this creates a captivating visual contrast. Mounted on a circular solid metal base, the piece has a pleasing weight and presence.
The vase is signed on the bottom, though the artist remains unidentified. It is believed to be of Swedish origin.
