Hermon Blue was founded by Clare Hermon, based in Melbourne but grew up in Northern England. She initially honed her skills in timber furniture making, learning the traditional Welsh methods of oak barn construction using hand tools, chisels, and refined joinery techniques. Now, Clare's work focuses on stoneware sculptures and lighting. Her creations are distinct, each piece telling a story through a unique style not found elsewhere. She draws on her traditional craftsmanship background to create smooth lines and strong yet gentle silhouettes in her art.
