Katia Langeard is a ceramic artist and designer based in Èze, France. Raised in a creative family of architects, she was influenced early on by her grandfather, Soviet architect Oleg Goryachev. After studying at the Moscow Architectural Institute, she worked in architecture and interior design across Russia and Europe before relocating in 2012.
From 2019 to 2023, she trained in ceramics under Stéphane Montalto. In 2023, she opened her own studio, creating contemporary ceramic lighting and small furniture shaped by her architectural roots.
She has participated in a ceramic residency in Vallauris and exhibited in group shows in France. Her work is part of the A.I.R. Vallauris public collection and several private collections.
