Le Navy Anar Kilim Runner est filé à partir de laine brute et a été finement tissé à la main dans la ville de Mazar en Afghanistan, combinant un design contemporain avec des techniques séculaires.
Ce qui rend les kilims afghans si spéciaux réside en partie dans la laine avec laquelle ils sont fabriqués. Chaque brin de laine est filé individuellement à la main, ce qui confère aux kilims un grand caractère. Les couleurs sont obtenues à partir de colorants naturels obtenus en écrasant des fleurs et des plantes séchées en fines poudres, donnant aux kilims de belles teintes qui développent une patine chaleureuse au fil du temps.
