Suitable for covered outdoor use only, offering protection from direct exposure to the elements.

Does the hand-charred surface rub off, flake, or transfer black residue onto clothing or hands during normal use, and what maintenance does the oil & wax finish require?

The hand-charred finish will gradually mellow with regular use. Should you notice any surface rubbing off, simply reseal it by applying a coat of Fiddes Hard Wax Oil (Satin) with a microfibre cloth.
