About the Artist

Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, Nata Janberidze and Keti Toloraia started their collaboration at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, studying Interior Design together from 1997 to 2003. After graduating in 2007, they established the first female-led studio in Tbilisi, focusing on collectible objects and architectural design. Incorporating Georgian, Medieval, and late Soviet design elements into a contemporary style, their work reflects a blend of old and new. Rooms Studio's practice highlights sculptural qualities, seen in projects like Gheama Restaurant and Sacral Geometry collection.
