We are a small, local and family-owned factory in love with craftsmanship. The Good Living&Co brand was founded in 2019 and is the result of this passion for traditional craftsmanship as well as contemporary and classic design. Its founder, Monika Szyca-Thomas, comes from a family that has been associated with Polish crafts throughout the past century - starting with great-grandfather Tomasz, through grandfather Tadeusz, who in 1957 founded a locksmith and mechanical workshop at Towarowa Street in Chojnice. After this, the workshop was passed to her father Tomasz, who is also a master locksmith. She herself is a self-taught designer.  It is in the workshop founded by Monika’s grandfather that his students create these unique pieces of furniture. Unique just like the people for whom they are made. Throughout the yeas the pieces made in Chojnice were shown in many exhibitions in Poland. They were also shown during Milan Design Week (Alcova 2023,2024; COMUNE 2024).
