Montreal-based sculptor KARIM CHARLEBOIS is responding to the visual overload of the digital world. Too many images, too much stimulus, too fast, too much of everything. He returns to gesture, to wood, to simplicity. Each cut in his sculptures is a trace of human error, a celebration of imperfection.

Co-founder of the Field Experiments collective, he has exhibited in prestigious venues around the world, including the Design Museum (UK), Fisher Parish Gallery (USA), Ventura Lambrate (Italy), Le Livart Gallery (Canada), and Moiety Gallery (USA).
