With a background in Interior Design, she worked for nine years in design studios in Amsterdam and Manchester before focusing on her artistic practice. From her fifth-floor studio in a retired cotton mill near Manchester, Bec emphasizes animal welfare and sustainability. She uses dead-stock yarns, fabrics, and ethically sourced wool fleece, showcasing a mindful approach to craftsmanship.
