Julita Elbe, designer and Artist, based in Münster/ Germany. In her current work she shows her inspiration both by nature and by architecture. Through her use of carefully cut thin-layered paper, she has created an abstract body of work that is graceful and and shows the subtle beauty of the world in an abstract way. She is drawn to organic forms, lines, textures, and patterns; her use of color subtle and nuanced, highlighting the delicate nature of her compositions. She enjoys using different paper textures such as tissue paper or handmade cotton paper. She combines these with acrylic paints to create collages.
