Juliette Pénélope Pépin is a French artist and ceramicist whose work explores matter, gesture and time. Through terra sigillata, ash glazes and wild-clay slips, she reveals the memory held within materials. Her vases and hybrid forms move between functional pottery and sculptural abstraction, domestic object and speculative artefact. Each collection unfolds as its own chapter, born from drawing. Botany shapes her forms and rhythms, in dialogue with Chinese, Scandinavian and French rural ceramic traditions. The slow, cyclical time of making sets the cadence of every piece, each one unique.
