Basia Pruszyńska is a Polish designer and artist based in New York. Her practice focuses on product and furniture design inspired by nature, landscapes, traditional craftsmanship, and Polish folklore. By merging elements of heritage with a contemporary sensibility, she creates functional yet emotionally evocative pieces that blur the boundaries between art, craft, and design. She is the laureate of the NYCxDESIGN Award 2025, organized by Interior Design Magazine, and a finalist of the Global Creative Graduate Showcase 2024.
