What are the recommended care and cleaning instructions for the metallic raku finish to avoid damaging the iridescent surface?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, detergents and any cleaning products, and never soak the piece or place it in a dishwasher. The raku surface is porous and its metallic finish is delicate, so moisture or chemicals could permanently alter the colours and sheen.

Given the slender, elongated body (32 cm tall), is the base weighted or stable enough to prevent tipping, or is a stand recommended?

The base is stable enough to support the slender, elongated body on its own, so no additional stand is needed.
