Obsidian Echo Mirror
Fait sur commande — créé spécialement pour vous
Obsidian Echo is a circular wall mirror composed of an outer mirrored ring and a transparent glass centre. A dark green gradient forms soft, concentric bands around the clear centre, evoking the fading waves of an echo. The mirrored ring reflects the surrounding space, while the transparent centre reveals the wall behind it. The colour of the wall on which the work is mounted remains visible through the glass, becoming an integral part of the composition.
The gradient is created using light-sensitive inks whose colour intensity varies with the surrounding light. Its appearance may therefore differ slightly from the images shown, depending on the lighting conditions in the space where the work is displayed.
Made in Italy from laminated mirror and clear glass, with concealed stainless-steel profiles for wall mounting. The work is part of a limited edition of eight.
