Two half-globes of hand-blown glass, held within a folded metal structure. The Jumelles lamp is immediately recognizable, and yet, looked at closely, always slightly surprising. Each globe carries subtle variations in the glass, the trace of a hand at work, making every lamp quietly unique. Designed in 1970 by Ben Swildens and originally produced by Verre Lumière, Jumelles can be used as a table lamp or mounted as a wall sconce. Officially reissued by Source Édition and made in France, in four finishes: pure white, black, antique red and brushed aluminium. MATERIALS Structure: folded aluminium. Globes: hand-blown, molded, frosted glass with lacquered interior. Cord: black fabric-covered cable with plug (Type C Europlug, other on request). DIMENSIONS H 26.5 × L 25.5 × D 25.5 cm (H 10½ × L 10 × D 10 in.). Cord length 1.90 m. LIGHT SOURCE (bulb included) E27 LED 7W, 806 lm, 2700K warm white, CRI>90. Wall Lamp version: dimmable (compatible with wall dimmer switches). Table Lamp version: non-dimmable, ON/OFF cord switch. Custom RAL colours available from 20 units.
