Carlo Scarpa, Italian architect of the 20th century, is known for his brutalist approach, where concrete expresses constructive sincerity, harmony and delicacy, elevating it to a noble material. The Sanctuary of Brion, his masterpiece, shows a language of orthogonal forms that bring a poetic character to the place. The Nini lamp, named after his wife, is inspired by this work and reflects the lines and reliefs of the sanctuary, combining the robustness of brutalism with a delicate and evocative aesthetic.
