The table is constructed entirely from dark patinated iron. Three slender tubular legs support a circular top, while a geometric three-part stretcher connects the frame at its centre. The restrained construction gives the table an elegant, almost graphic silhouette, with each element reduced to a simple line or plane. Particularly striking is the circular top, bordered by a finely twisted iron rope edge. At its centre, a shallow raised dome introduces a subtle sculptural element and gives the otherwise minimal surface an unusual sense of depth.
