A striking pair of very unique sculptural black vases in the Art Deco / Machine Age style, dating from the 1930s to 1950s. Each piece features a flared top opening, a central stem composed of stacked spherical bobble shapes, and a base supported by rounded ball feet. Finished in a high-gloss black, reminiscent of Bakelite. A rare and characterful set for collectors of vintage decorative objects.
