Certificate of Authenticity

A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is a document issued by a reputable source that confirms the genuineness of an artwork. Often, COAs are signed by the artist, but they can also be signed by the gallery representing the artist or the printmaker who collaborated on the piece. For works sold in the secondary market, COAs are frequently issued by authorized estates or foundations.

Handcrafted from solid 925 sterling silver, each bookmark is shaped and finished by hand in our studio. Its geometric form is accented with three natural Tiger’s Eye cabochons, individually set in sterling silver bezels Tiger’s Eye is known for its bands of golden brown, amber and deep chocolate tones, which shift as the stone catches the light. The images are provided for reference and illustrate the design of the piece. As each stone is a naturally formed material, variations in colour, shade, pattern and texture are inherent and to be expected. The stone in your piece will be individually selected and may differ from the one shown in the photographs. These natural variations are part of the character of each unique piece. Designed as a functional object with a considered presence, the bookmark brings together the character of natural stone and the simplicity of silver.
