A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is a document issued by a reputable source that confirms the genuineness of an artwork. Two figures appear in close relation, their features echoing and overlapping to suggest the different selves that can coexist within a single person. Social, professional, and intimate identities are not presented as separate or contradictory, but as interconnected facets of a continuously evolving sense of self. Through the fluid boundaries between one face and another, the work invites the viewer to question where one identity ends and another begins. A face. Two faces. Maybe three... sometimes more. Gouache on Hahnemühle paper 500 gsm Natural white, acid-free, and age-resistant. Dimensions: 30 x 40 cm.
