Art Deco Pewter Vase by C.G. Hallberg, Sweden, 1932

Trade price:550 €
One-of-a-kind piece
An elegant amphora-shaped pewter vase produced by the renowned Stockholm firm C.G. Hallberg and dated 1932 through its base markings. Its classical form with a tapering body, flared foot, and loop handles reflects the neoclassical revival that influenced Swedish Art Deco design during the early 20th century. Over the decades, the pewter has developed a natural patina that lends the piece a character impossible to replicate artificially. The base is stamped with the C.G. Hallberg maker’s mark alongside the “F8” date code, indicating production in 1932. Dimensions: Height 24 cm (9.5") x Diameter 12 cm (4.7")
