Series "Morphe", vol.02 Painting on canvas 160x150cm Mixed media: acrylic, dry oastel, oil pastel; "Morphe" is a series of large-scale abstract figurative paintings that explore the shifting boundaries between body, gesture, and memory. Inspired by primal forms, raw movement, and the materiality of paint itself, these works feel as though they’ve been unearthed rather than painted – carved out of earth-toned silence, or glimpsed through the veil of a dream. Each canvas is a body in flux – bent, dissolved, reassembled. Figures emerge from warm, tactile backgrounds, blending presence with absence, softness with strength. The works do not depict, they evoke – inviting the viewer to feel the tension between the visible and the intangible, between the physical weight of form and the fluidity of emotion. "Morphe" (from the Ancient Greek μορφή) means form, but not in the rigid sense – rather, a form that is becoming. These paintings are meditations on transformation: of self, of memory, of flesh, of matter.
