Carin Nilsson (1884–1973) was a Swedish sculptor, trained as a nurse before turning to art, studying in New York (1922–25), at Larssons Konstskola and the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm, and later in Paris at Académie Colarossi and Académie de la Grande Chaumière, followed by further studies across Europe. She worked mainly in plaster, as well as in marble, stone, and bronze from her Stockholm studio.
