{"product_id":"tu-tu-coffee-table-by-turenne-chevallereau","title":"TU-TU Coffee Table by Turenne Chevallereau","description":"In 1968, Turenne Chevallereau designed the TU-TU collection for the Mobilier National's Atelier de Recherche et de Création: a series of flat-pack furniture assembled without tools or screws, decades before the concept became commonplace. Rediscovered in the institution's archives, it is reissued by Source Édition for the first time, faithful to the original drawings.\n\nLow and light, the TU-TU coffee table rests on a leg system that slides into its corners. Its name is a nod both to traditional tenon-and-mortise joinery and to the designer himself, the creator of Longchamp's famous leaping horse.\n\nMATERIALS\nPanels in walnut veneer, varnished and tinted palissander. 13 mm MDF core with varnished edges. Protective pads.\n\nDIMENSIONS\nW 135 × D 75 × H 35 cm (W 53⅛ × D 29½ × H 13¾ in.). Tabletop thickness 1.3 cm.\n\nASSEMBLY\nDelivered flat-packed. Assembles in minutes, without tools or screws.\n\nCARE\nWipe with a soft, dry cloth.
