Inside, a tray lined in deep blue velvet is divided into several compartments, including a ring roll.\n\nThe silvered metal shows a natural oxidation patina across the studded surface, contrasting with the retained shine of the polished cartouche — a play of texture and light typical of the piece's age. The interior velvet is intact.\n\nAt 23 cm long by 10 cm wide and 5.5 cm high, this box finds its place on a dressing table or a desk.
